The hotel is in a prime location, right in the heart of Firostefani with superb views. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, although lacking a bit of privacy at times. The service is top-notch, with extremely helpful and welcoming staff. The dining experience is delightful, with meals delivered to your own terrace overlooking the caldera. The facilities are excellent for a comfortable stay.

Staying at the Passion Suite was an absolute delight. The modern, comfortable, and very clean rooms with interesting layouts on different levels provided a unique and enjoyable experience. The service was top-notch, working flawlessly throughout our stay, even for our early 5.30am transfer. The hotel is located in the heart of Firostefani, my first choice due to its beauty and proximity to Fira and Imerovigli. Although the dining experience was very good in the Passion Suite with a luxury room and private balcony for breakfast, there were some minor limitations. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor drawbacks.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms, although slightly small, were awesome as they were right in front of the pool with a breathtaking view. The various interesting layouts on different levels added to the charm with a nice local design. The staff, including Sakys, Vagos, and Nikos, were incredibly helpful and provided the best customer service throughout our holiday.
